Jonathan has a rare combination of experience and expertise in the areas of commercial transactions, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution, including substantial experience managing commercial transactions and the resolution of disputes involving commercial real estate, financial services, and other business areas.

Jonathan also serves as an Arbitrator and Mediator of complex commercial, business, financial services, construction, and real estate related disputes. This includes the resolution of matters referred to him from different trial courts and by the American Arbitration Association, where he has been a member of the commerical and construction panels since 2009.

Jonathan's law office clients have relied on his transactional and deal making expertise when acquiring, selling, financing, constructing, leasing, and developing different types of businesses and properties and to litigate and arbitrate disputes involving these same subject areas.

Jonathan's achievements and reputation have earned him the coveted and highest AV Rating from Martindale-Hubbell for over 20 years, and recognition as a “Super Lawyer” in New York and New Jersey.

Prior to starting his own firm, Jonathan was a Director and Partner at McCusker, Anselmi, Rosen and Carvelli, a Partner in the New York City Office of Fischbein Badillo Wagner Harding, and a Senior Associate with the national law firm of Lowenstein Sandler.

Before becoming an attorney, Jonathan worked as a Legislative Assistant in the New York State Assembly.
